Provide assist to the customer service team as necessary
Reviews information in EXCEL - makes decisions and whether to send up to the Cleanser Team
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years experience in data cleansing, database analysis, data proofreading
Excellent data proofing experience
Great attention to detail
Proficient in Excel at a Medium/Advanced level
Proficient in ACCESS
Proficient in Word -- must have experience using mail merge
HS Diploma - some college preferred
Must be very good at communication both written and verbal
Must be able to work independently and quickly
Must be able to critically analyze data in databases and excel
