Candidate will be responsible for the movement of products/equipment/materials in and out of the country. Excellent benefits and great location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Must be able to handle the movement of products / equipment / materials in and out of the country
- Process the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient and cost effective and lawful execution of all import/export activities.
- Read and interpret purchase orders to ensure all shipping instructions are followed.

REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years exp in import/export documentation
- Must have the ability to prepare commercial invoices, AES filing documentation, Bills of Laden, and packlists
- Must have knowledge of Letter of Credits, Cash against documents, and all official documents used to import/export material.
- Domestic LTL, flat-bed and permitted load (OD) experience a must.
- UPS world ship and Global wizard experience a plus.
- Experience in a fast pace manufacturing environment using Visual Manufacturing software a huge plus.
