IMMEDIATE ASSIGNMENT in the Tulsa, OK area for an Engineering Administrative Assistant with a High School Diploma required with a Bachelors Degree preferred to provide administrative support functions, including processing work orders, writing reports, tracking project accounts, etc. Not looking for an accounting background but does require experience with MS Office, Excel and database software. Excel experience needs to be advanced (pivot tables and creating formulas). Seeking local candidates. This is a long term contract assignment with a large company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Will assist Manager in management of spreadsheets, billing, and administrative areas
- Will create, monitor, analyze and complete work order transfers/cancellations and journal entries
- Responsible for entry of contract information into database and fill out required forms for tracking of project information
- Will write reports and documents in support of projects and assist with providing technical information as required

REQUIREMENTS

- A High School Diploma required with a Four year degree in Business desired, or related field of experience
- Requires a minimum 2 years experience supporting Managers or Engineers with analytical support and data analysis, administration, and reporting functions.
- Must have experience and understanding how to compose technical reports, compile database information, and process flow diagrams.
- Experience with Visio flow charts and diagrams is desired.
- Must have solid experience working with Excel, Access, and other Microsoft Office programs
- Requires the ability to work with a team, work independently with attention to detail, take direction from supervisor(s), follow work rules, and adhere to work schedules with overtime, if required
- Requires strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated analytical skills
