Cleaner- Port Solent

A fixed term contract until October, based in Port Solent.

TUI Specialist PEAK (comprising of Adventure brands), Sport, Education, Marine, North America Specialist and Specialist Holidays Group (comprising of ski businesses and luxury brands).

TUI Marine manages the worlds' leading sailing yacht, power yacht and canal boat charter business with over 2,500 yachts operating in 50 destinations in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Europe, Asia and the South Pacific. TUI Marine operates the leading charter brands; The Moorings, Sunsail, Footloose and LeBoat.

This role will be responsible for cleaning the UK Fleet to the highest standard.

What You'll Be Doing

Operational
- To complete cleaning and inventory of UK Fleet
- Work Weekends & Weekdays on a demand basis
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times
- Do not take part in activities without risk assessments
- Communicate to the Turnaround Co-ordinator on progress of work and update on operational needs
- Attend weekly meetings as required to receive information regarding key updates
- Assist with weekly stock checks

Staffing
- Attend a performance review with Maintenance Manager and Ops Manager twice a year
- Inform your manager of any changes to your personal details
- Attend work as per rotas and be flexible for last minute changes to these to include weekends and evenings
- Attend development training when necessary

Customer Service
- Be aware of potential problems and report them to the Turnaround Co-ordinator in good time to handle to avoid complaints
- Deliver the Customer Experience
- Assist with handovers of boats to clients when required
