Class 2 HGV Driver Nights

Due to the start up success of our new contract, Redline Recruitment are looking for an additional 10 HGV 2 drivers to work nights on behalf our client in Knowsley, Merseyside

Working a night shift and starting between 2200 and 2300 hours, the job involves making full load deliveries to other distribution centres within our clients extensive network.

The job is predominantly Monday to Friday in nature but some Sunday working is also expected.

The rate of pay is £9.50 per hour

The minimum shift is 8 hours per night although you may be expected to work longer on occasion.

We are looking for candidates who have held their HGV Class C licence for longer than 2 years and who have no more than 6 penalty points for minor offences. Candidates should also possess a digital tachograph card.

Applicants must also have the ability to lift weights of up to 25kg as on occasion you may be asked to assist with the loading and unloading of your vehicle.

We offer a full holiday package of up to 28 days.

We also accept applications from self employed limited company or umbrella contract candidates and enhanced rates are available for such applicants.
