Clarity System Analyst

CA - CLARITY BUSINESS/SYSTEM ANALYST - CONTRACT 1-2 YEARS

Clarity System Analyst required, to be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of assigned Clarity system work, including knowledge transfer to other staff. Must be able to apply knowledge of systems technology capabilities in providing business solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead, advice and direct the configuration of Clarity in line with best practice, to support project and business requirements and competencies.
- Lead consultations with users and vendors for needs assessment, including detailed analysis of users' needs.
- Research and present findings with recommendations to management to extend the use of Clarity in the organisation.
- Optimise the architecture and design of Clarity to fit changing demands in organisation needs, whilst limiting system customisations to only where necessary
- Drive the design and build of processes in Clarity system to ensure the optimisation of system resources in achieving best performance across user screens, processes, port lets and reporting.
- Work with other system owners and process owners in the areas of portfolio, programme and project management to ensure Clarity alignment across process, with streamlining and simplification as core principles.

EXPERIENCE

- Requires 5+ years of in-depth Clarity system and related business knowledge.
- Strong functional and technical analysis ability across CA Clarity modules and accelerator packs.
- Typically requires experience with multiple previous Clarity implementations in organisations.
- Requires significant experience with Enterprise reporting tools (Xcelsius, Business Objects Crystal Reports, Qlikview).
- Requires strong data manipulation skills.
- SQL query skills is desired.
- Requires expert level Excel skills.
- Requires 2+ years of project management experience.
