For one of our clients, we are looking for a CLARITY SPECIALIST

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Clarity Technical Systems Specialist is responsible for the performance, functionality and reliability of the Clarity Application.  The Technical Systems Specialist position is a challenging position with responsibility for day-to-day application support as well as development and implementation of IT Clarity related projects.

Responsibilities include supporting the Clarity portfolio Application. This role involves ownership and responsibility of the Clarity Application installations, Clarity Patches/Upgrades, Business Objects installation/Business Objects Patching along with performing customer requirements, preparing technical specifications, development, testing, and implementation of cost effective applications solutions to keep pace with business demands.

- Provide System Administration, support and development
- Work with extended IT team to coordinate upgrades, patches, and resolve any cross functional issues
- Work with present support staff to provide User Support and Training
- Work with other internal/external technical teams in the development of detailed technical specifications, test plans and implementation strategies

JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

- Minimum of three years' experience in supporting Clarity application
- Working knowledge of Clarity Schema,
- Experience and proficiency with Clarity installations, upgrades, and architecture.

JOB DEMANDS:

- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a 4 year degree in Business, Math or Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated experience with multiple environments Staging, Development, and Production.
- Leadership capabilities, strong judgment and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Group facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to establish priorities, demonstrate discipline and independent judgment
