Claims Investigator

Our client a leading financial organisation are currently recruiting a number of Claims Investigators to join their expanding team based in Narborough.

As a Claims investigator you will be required to investigate Credit Card Section 75 (Consumer Credit Act) claims and communicate decisions to the customers. The investigation process will often involve telephone contact with customers and merchants.

For this position we are looking for an experienced decision maker who is confident investigating in-depth cases. You will be well organised and be capable managing your own workload.
