Claims Advisor - Temp (opportunity to go permanent) - £8 per hour basic

AXA is currently recruiting for Claims Advisor for a 3 months contract in their Ipswich offices. This is to expand on the current Lifestyle Claims area that deal with travel and creditor claims for corporate partners such as Lloyds and M&S

As a Claims Advisor you will be required to answer calls dealing with travel claims. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for registering new claims, dealing with existing claims and notification to settlements. It is essential that all claims details are logged accurately as this will help you make informed decisions on policy cover and submitting claims payments for our customers.

We are looking for candidates who have strong work ethic and even stronger customer service experience. Ability to multi task, as you will be required to input detailed notes onto the system whilst effectively communicating with customers. You should be computer literate, and have a good level of numeracy and literacy. Being a confident team player with excellent problem-solving skills will help you when working in this environment.
Working 35 hours per week on shift patterns, Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, and one Saturday in four- 9am to 5pm) As this role is working with a Financial Services company you will need to successfully pass a credit check.
