We are looking for great customer service, people who have worked in large retailers if they haven't had call handling experience.
Whilst we offer training, we would be really keen to speak to people with previous claims handling experience with a motor background.
Or if you are an excellent customer service call handler, with experience in contact centres, looking for progression, we'd like to hear from you too.
It will be 35 hours/week Mon-Fri anywhere between 8am-8pm, and on average one in three Saturdays working 9am-5pm. A day off in lieu will be given in the week if working a Saturday.
We look for the following skills and qualities in our Claims Handlers
Skills and Experience:
* Excellent telephone skills - clear confident manner, active listening skills and the ability to build rapport/relationships with customers.
* Keyboard skills and PC application knowledge, previous experience handling calls whilst updating case management systems/databases desirable
* Professional email and letter writing skills
* Customer focused with a calm, empathetic approach
* Ability to negotiate effectively
* Confident approach to new challenges
* Motivated to achieve positive results and targets
