The successful candidate will be managing a team of roughly ten members of administrative staff whose main focus is managing and processing claims from the public. This is a relatively new team that has been established, so the main part of your role will be establishing and maintaining a culture of performance targeting and assessment to improve the level and speed of service provided.
In order to be considered, candidates must be strong team leaders who can manage a medium sized team to improve performance, whilst setting a productive and enjoyable working environment. You must have experience in setting and managing KPIs and the proven ability to assess current service delivery and recommend areas for service improvement. You must have strong people management skills and be an effective communicator. Experience of managing a claims administration/customer service team would be beneficial, but not essential.
