Claim Manager (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Represent the customer contract manager after this, handover processes to existing project functions 
- Set up professional claim management and contract management for the customer and embed EPCM office contract management in overall approach 
- Design and implement project procedures for claim and contract management embedding the EPCM office functions 
- Consider scope of EPCM office and propose “ideal” project contract / claim management structure (with client in lead role and EPCM office in supporting role)
- Develop tools and checklists for claim and contract management

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in contract and claim management
- Experience with pharmaceutical CAPEX projects or related industries, plant construction, and/or construction 
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good team player, Self-confident, motivated, and independent individual
- Legal, Business educational background
- Profound knowledge of legal backgrounds on construction contracts in VOB AND BGB
