CIVIL WORK CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - ISTANBUL (TURKEY)

1X CIVIL WORK CONSTRUCTION MANAGER  is needed in, on contract base in Istanbul (Turkey) for one of our clients, a prestigious international Telecommunications company. Eligibility to work in Turkey and fluent English language skills are a prerequisite for an application. Start date will be 01/07/2014.

SCOPE OF WORK:

- Responsible for project management of major project delivery
- Ensure the delivery of the project according to the contract
- Ensure the quality of project delivery and customer satisfaction
- As a project manager, responsible for the entire process of the delivery

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure that the project delivered according to the contract requirements, customer expectations, quality requirements
- Responsible for project team building, resource coordination
- Control project schedule and project budget to ensure project delivery and profitability goals
- Control project risks, Report to sponsor and MO of significant problems

Requirements:

- More than 10 years of construction industry experience, with the data center industry related project delivery experience is preferred.;
- Familiar with construction operations and construction norms, understanding contracts, subcontracting, procurement, business and other basics;
- Served as project manager of large residential, office buildings, shopping malls, factories and other projects, as the responsible person to complete the project from the start to the end;  
- Fluent English
- Bachelor degree or above in civil engineering; PMP certification is preferred.

- Familiar with building construction implementation process;
- Master the project management methodology and some financial knowledge to effectively manage the project plan, finance, quality, risks;
- Have the ability of project bidding, familiar with the process and the legal, business, financial knowledge;
- Be equipped with knowledge for leadership, team building, goal-oriented, effective collaboration
- Bachelor degree or above, architectural, structural, electrical related professional
- Be good at English
