Civil Engineer

My client, based in Oxford is looking for a Civil Engineer with highway infrastructure design, drainage design and some highway structures knowledge. You will be responsible for auditing civil engineering drawings and produce critique reports to external consultants. As a cvil Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out inspections on active highway infrastructure works and maintaining concise electronic records.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

At least 2 years' experience of highway infrastructure and drainage engineering

Working knowledge of highway related structures

Familiarity with design manual for roads and bridges

An understanding of Dot traffic signs manuals, Design Manual for Roads and Bridges and the Highways Act 1980
