Citrix/Vmware Administrator Job

CITRIX/VMWARE ADMINISTRATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Andover, MA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Advanced end user support, managing and building/supporting Applications and Application Servers, maintaining accurate documentation, maintaining LAN networks, VPN and Citrix Xenapp solutions.
- This person will be supporting the organization as a Subject Matter Expert on Storage Area Networks, Security and related Servers Configurations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Two (2) plus years of Citrix/Xenapp Presentation Server
- Two to five (2-5) years of experience with the design, installation, management and support of Microsoft Windows and VMware environments
- Extensive experience and knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, TCP/IP, Firewalls, web application development and implementation (VOIP phone video conferencing a plus)
- Strong engineering/design skills
- Strong knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, DHCP, VPN, etc.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Knowledge of Cisco Internetworking (Routers, Switches), Cisco IOS, Access-lists, Cisco WLC
- Knowledge (Cisco PIX/ASA), DNS and IP Address Management/DHCP
- Expert knowledge of SAN technologies
- Excellent foundation in implementing and enforcing security technologies and methodologies including: IAS, AD group policies and AD account
- Project management experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making skills

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- MCSE/MCSA and Network + certification are preferred.
- Linux (RHCT) and CCNA certification is a plus
