Citrix Support Engineer
Citrix Support Engineer to be based in Dublin full time.
An opportunity has arisen for a Citrix Engineer to join one of the worlds largest and most successful Telecoms operator.
The ideal Candidate should have strong Citrix Xenapp and Citrix Presentation Server support skills.
This role does not require Citrix design or delivery skills, but Citrix support skills in a large scale environment.
CCA or equivalent is preferable
Core Responsibilities
- Support of Citrix environment including Citrix XenApp server associated environments.
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution of the Citrix and Windows environment.
- Windows 2000/2003/2008 server administration including Active Directory
- Advise on tools, best practice techniques and methodologies.
