Citrix Engineer/Administrator

This role requires extensive Netscaler and Xendesktop experience at 3rd level. Based within a large banking environment, we are looking for someone with global enterprise experience.

The requirement to be filled is as follows;

* Be responsible for L3 support including change implementation of enterprise class remote computing solutions.
* Respond and provide support to escalations from level 1 and 2 support teams.
* Be responsible for the management of the global Citrix, VMware and remote access Infrastructure incidents during EMEA hours with an element of weekend coverage for any Sev 1/2 escalations.
* Follow established procedures and processes to ensure that Audit and Regulatory requirements are met.
* Participate, provide support and coverage during BCM tests.
* Follow company standards and procedures including security and change control.
* Participate in projects may these be from initial technical evaluation phase to providing design and implementation plans to respective stakeholders according to project requirements.

You'll be working in the Service Operations team in Zürich and you will interact with Operations Teams in CH, UK, US & APAC The Global Operation Teams provide L3 support and installations of Citrix & ESX Servers The Global Operation Teams provide Application Deployment on Citrix Servers The Global Operation Teams provide installation and support of Remote Access Gateways (Netscaler & Juniper) The Global Operation Teams provide Security Patching on Citrix Servers and Remote Access Gateways You will be interact with other Team in UBS, like Networks, Firewall Teams etc The Team Goals is to provide a Stable and reliable Environments for our Customers Our internal clients are Both internal UBS and External Clients

-Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Citrix XA 6.5 & 7.6 infrastructure and Remote Access infrastructure in a large scale enterprise class environment
-Exposure to Citrix XenDesktop 7.x
-Hands-on experience with Citrix Netscaler technology
-Hands-on experience with VMware ESX and Atlantis
-Hands-on experience of application deployment via SCCM
-Hands-on experience with Citrix Web Interface and Citrix Storefront
-Hands-on experience with Citrix Edgesight
-Good technical understanding of Windows infrastructure core components and good networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
-Visual Basic and Powershell Scripting knowledge is advantageous
-Hands on experience with Juniper SA SSL VPN appliances and other VPN technologies.
-In-depth networking knowledge
-Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
-Understanding of ITIL processes and procedures.
-Excellent client liaison, negotiation and planning skills.
