Citrix Architect - Top Notch and high Level

Citrix Architect or Citrix Consultant urgently required.

The technical skill set is Citrix, applications, netapp storage, server, OS and networks.

Looking for a consultant who can run through a number of work streams and deliver a remediation plan. Looking for someone who can cover the following areas in depth.

- Service background
- Service architecture - understanding the end to end service and key components
- Service levels - understanding the service levels and measures of success and the application criticality
- Customers - understanding the customer volume, usage, location, application interaction
- Support teams - understanding the support model for the end to end service and key components
- Support processes - understand pro-active support measures, how issues are identified and resolved
- Tools and monitoring - understand what level of monitoring and trending data is available for the end to end service and key components
- Historical data review
- Incident review - user impact, resolution actions, root cause, correlations and deep dive into selected incidents
- Incident history - review historical trends and identify key dates/occurrences
- IT Change history - identify and review change history including impacts and effects
- Business change history - Identify and review business change history, usage patterns, process change, application change etc
- Data history - review usage data, monitoring and trending data
- Remediation plan review
- Closed actions - review the success and measurable impact
- Planned actions - review and categorise likely success and measurable impact
- Major service changes - review any major plans such as platform replacement, upgrade, capacity change etc
- Root cause - review current root cause analysis

Following these work streams work would carry on to involve some differential gap analysis and to identify opportunities for improvements towards creating a go-forward plan; with actions including risk, cost, impact, perceived benefit and implementation actions.

So really need a super consultant who can 'wow' the client and have the budget to pay a very good rate accordingly.
