CITRIX ADMINISTRATOR
Our client based in the City Centre is currently n the lookout for a Citrix Administrator required for 10 month contract to support Citrix and Terminal Services environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Installation, administration and support of Citrix environment and applications.
- Diagnosis and remediation of problems in Citrix and terminal Services environment
- Act as a contact for customers and other support teams on technical issues
- Manage incidents relating to Citrix environment as they arise.
- Monitor and manage support queue for Citrix and associated Windows environment
- Maintain and update incident database
- Attend meetings and reviews as required.
- Share technical knowledge with colleagues.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED INCLUDE:
- 2/3 Years experience of supporting a Citrix XenApp environment
- Citrix XenApp 5.0 and Citrix XenApp 6.5 Administration and troubleshooting experience
- Citrix Password Manager/SSO administration and Troubleshooting experience
- Excellent knowledge of network printing in Terminal Server environment
- In-depth knowledge of Citrix Provisioning Server 5.6 to 6.1
- VB Scripting experience
- Active Directory group Policy Management and Citrix UPM knowledge
- Detailed knowledge of Windows Server 2003 and 2008
- AppSense 8.3 Administration and troubleshooting knowledge
- Microsoft App-V 4.6
- Application troubleshooting in Terminal Services environment
- Citrix EdgeSight configuration and troubleshooting
- Citrix Access Gateway Enterprise 9.x
- Citrix Web Interface 5.4
- VMWare ESX 5.1
