/ 3rd level support and maintenance of the infrastructure -System tuning and growth management in accordance with high availability requirements
-Data protection and security compliance
-Implementing and maintaining standards and processes including rollout, design and support
-Documentation and post implementation operational support
-Problem determination and troubleshooting
-Support performance measurements and reporting
-Evaluation of new products and/or technologies
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Very good experience as Citrix administrator (XenApp / XenDesktop / Netscalers / StoreFront / Provisioning Services)
-Very good command in Active Directory setup and administration
-Scripting knowledge (Powershell)
