- VOiP QoS engineering, CUCM cluster, understanding of call routing logic, dial plans, dial peers, route patterns, partitions, calling search spaces, IVR and call handler uses in Unity. Circuit troubleshooting & provisioning. PRI config.
- LAN QoS, troubleshooting, remediation, best practice, security
- WAN QoS, troubleshooting, remediation, best practice, security
- Configuration of SRST/MGCP fallback
- Unity configuration, troubleshooting
- Voice and video conferencing, meet-me, DSPfarm
- Install and troubleshoot PRI, understanding of MPLS
