JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Work closely, communicate effectively with all District users and fulfil all customer needs and requests.
- Experience in troubleshooting issues, researching alternatives and pursuing acceptable resolutions.
- Must be capable of designing, implementing new and supporting existing Cisco Voice and Data technologies.
- Support Cisco Router, switch, voice and Firewall with some knowledge in security.
- Create and maintain documentation and diagrams.
- Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures; and associated training plans for voice administration and usage.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years experience in Enterprise level Cisco VoIP
- CCNP and/or CCVP certifications preferred
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
