Cisco Voice Engineer - Investment Banking Salary: Competitive Permanent banking salary + benefits + bonus Location: London A leading global bank is looking to hire a Voice Engineer to join their team that support and manage the Cisco focused voice platform across the bank. The role will be focused around a range of key voice technologies, ensure effective Incident, Problem and Change management within this technical environment. The role will also include monitoring system performance, identifying areas for improvements in technology and process, working on upgrades and implementations and ensure effect DR for the voice platform. Technology stack includes but is not limited to: Cisco Call Manager 7.x, Cisco Call Manager 8.x, Cisco Unity v5, Cisco Unity Connection v8.6, IP Networking with Cisco IOS Gateway (SRST), Cybertech Voice Recording, CTI Proteus Call Logging and ARC Operator Consoles. Ideal skills/experience/qualifications: * Broad experience of IPT and traditional Voice communications systems. * Strong skills in Cisco Call Manager and Unity Voicemail Systems as well as having experience of a cross section of support and management systems for IPT solutions. * CCNA, CVOICE, CCVP qualifications or similar * Strong enterprise environment experience, ideally in financial/banking environment.
