Cisco Voice Engineer (CCVP/Ccie): London (City)

Progressive are currently looking for a Permanent Cisco Voice Engineer for a leading global

consultancy to be based on site at a leading bank based in the city. This is an excellent

opportunity to join a leading global brand whilst playing a key role in both third line support and

strategic direction.

The following skills and experience are required for this role:

At least 5 years' experience working with Cisco IP telephony/UC products in a technical capacity

Highly professional interaction at all levels (i.e. customer-facing, inter-departmental, third parties)

Extensive technical knowledge and exposure to: UCCM, Unity, Presence, ARC and UCCX

platform UCCM/UCCX 2nd/3rd line technical support focusing on Quality of Service, gateways,

gatekeepers, IP Phones, voice applications and utilities on Cisco routers and catalyst switches

Demonstrable troubleshooting experience in an enterprise customer environment.

Minimum technical specialism/experience with CUCM V7.x and above and UCCX V7.x and

above

Previous experience managing internal/external escalations and change control procedures

Two or more Cisco specialisations at Professional or Expert level (CCVP/CCNP [Voice] or CCIE
