Cisco Voice Engineer - CCVP - Avaya - Cisco UCCX - VOIP - Amsterdam - The Netherlands - Holland

My client is urgently seeking an experienced Cisco Voice Engineer to join a busy team and assist with day to day operations and support project implementations. The Cisco Voice Engineer will be joining the team that supports the organisations Global Call Manager estate with clusters in America, Asia and Europe, covering 3000+ users. The successful Cisco Voice Engineer will have expert level knowledge of the Cisco Call Manager Platform and have appropriate valid certification to support their experience. Experience of working with globally distributed Call Managers preferred.
The Cisco Voice Engineer must have had previous experience of working in a mission critical, minimum downtime, 24/7 environment. You and your team will be responsible for the delivery of Voice/Video/Collaboration services to the business.

*Demonstrable experience as a Cisco Voice Engineer/Cisco VOIP/Cisco Telephony consultant
*Candidates MUST hold a CCVP certification
*Experience of Avaya CM/Polycom/ARC Console beneficial
*Experience of Cisco UCCX desirable
*Experience of working in Global 24x7 environments
*Experience in Design, Implementation of VoIP Projects.
*Good written and spoken English.
*Ability to travel within Europe and hold the appropriate passport/visa to do so
