Cisco Voice Engineer

We are looking for a CISCO Voice Engineer

Summary
Unified Communications Engineer focused on planning, designing, implementing, and managing VOIP and other converged communications solutions

Required Technical and Work Experience
8+ years hands on experience planning, designing, and implementing Cisco's UC product line, including Unified Communications Manager, Communications Manager Express, Unity, Unity Express, Unity Connection, Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), Unified Presence Server and Communicator, and MeetingPlace Express.
Experienced in designing and implementing complex, multisite voice deployments
Expertise in using Cisco tools to develop a project Bill of Materials, including proper software licensing, is required
Expertise with communications protocols such as H323/SIP/MGCP/SCCP
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Desired Technical and Work Experience
Expertise with related vendor technologies, such as AdTran and Tandberg
Expertise integrating Cisco solutions with other vendor products such as overhead paging systems
Experience with Unified Contact Center Enterprise
Contact Center Scripting experience
Consulting experience is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience with a technology vendor or systems integrator selling, designing, and implementing Cisco voice systems and solutions  
. German skills 

Education/Certifications
CCVP certification
CCIE voice preferred
Hands-on experience required
