BACKGROUND OF THE SERVICE:
The Cisco team profesionnal services within the AU RCMP is responsible for deployment platforms
Contact Center and Internationnal France. Clients entrust us with the upgrade and implementation of its platforms.

PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE:
In the context of business solution design ' New Call Center ' for our
Customers. Construction of platforms on a CISCO solution.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE AND/OR BUSINESS NEED:
Expertise field. Expertise in Call Center Major Accounts
Control Solutions CISCO IPCC
CICM Routing ( UCCE, UCCH )
CUCM, CVP
Solution Akio Mail, Statistics, VIM, Outbound
Language French and English are essential.
PENALTY PAYMENTS or PLANNED INTERVENTIONS need to be provided.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE:
Delivery will include:
Define the target platforms architecture
Launch of the project - technical framework
Complete integration, application configuration Cisco and third- party
Advocate for different customers solutions to their functional and technical
Provide design/design and sizing of the Cisco
Perform configuration Voice Gateway ( SIP and H.323 )
Control of the Production of technical specifications
Control of Production records architectures
Organisation of infrastructure and architectures for mounting platforms
Monitoring of Internal Revenue and Customer (PVFP)
Writing deliverables Telecom Operator
Reporting to hierarchy
o Progress
o Alerts and action plans
