Cisco Unified Communications Engineer required for a 6 months rolling contract in Brussels.
SUMMARY:
You will be tasked with the design and implementation of customized UC Solutions. You will also take care of the operations side.
TASKS:
- You implement the ICT solutions within the scope and the number of days sold
- You are analytically strong to detect and solve a problem quickly and correctly
- You validate the proposed solution during the presales phase
- You maintain ICT solutions in an operational environment
- You advise your customers and colleagues on a technical level
- You develop, maintain and publish the technical expertise and the specific information for the customer
- You integrate into a team that works with a turnaround for standby duty (max 1 week out of 4)
- You contribute to the standardization of UC solutions in cooperation with the engineering department
- Incident management
- If support 2nd (SIT/I2S) or 3rd (Cisco) line is needed, create ticket in clarify and forward to Pxs support
- If requested by the customer: give status incident (no proactive status updates) change management
- If requested by the customer: give status change (no proactive status updates) send info towards CMDB team
