Cisco Unified Communications Consultant: CUCM, Unified Communications, UC, Call manager, API, AXL, UC ecosystems
Our global client has an ongoing contract requirement for a Cisco Unified Communications Consultant. 6 month+ initial contract. You will need a strong background in Cisco Unified Communications and IP telephony and will provide ongoing support and enhancement of company UC infrastructure and ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will be locally based in Geneva/Switzerland or happy to relocate long-term or may be potential of remote working. Some business travel will be required to other countries.
English fluency essential and French or German skills a bonus.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise on Cisco implementations and best practise
- Develop and support API for Communications Manager integration and support telephone provisioning automation
- Provide technical advise on IP telephony proposals and requirements
- Troubleshoot complex Cisco UC problems
- Recommend, support and evaluate related UC software eg monitoring tools, contact centre and user provisioning tools
