- Proven experience in high level support role dealing with customers and complex platform issues
- Paging and Messaging Areas (Amcom)
- Cisco UC/Wireless/Security areas.
- Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with Australian customers with local market knowledge
- Must be an Australian PR (this is essential)
