Cisco Voice UC Video/Hosted Voice (HCS) Consultant
Languages: English (fluent) & Russian

Profile:
Deployment (planning, design & implementation) of Contact Centre Solution with Cisco, Avaya, Aspect or genesis product suite
Excellent Knowledge in the following areas, Call Control, Multimedia Contact Centres, Call Scripts, and IVR Scripts
Good understanding of IP Telephony protocols like SIP, H323, MGCP, RTP, RTCP, VXML, and different Codecs.
Examples of products that the consultant will work on and need to be highly proficient in are Cisco UC Range of products, including CUCM, Cisco UCS and VMWare, SBC, Cisco PGW 2200, CUOM, CUPM, CUXN, CUBE- SP, ASA and DC architectures and products.
Knowledge in at any 2 of the following add on components CUPS, IPIVR, CIM, Social Miner, CUIC, Finesse, Gateways, Gatekeepers, CUSP
Experience in ICM Scripting, IVR/CVP Scripts
Strong experience of Cisco applications such as Unity, Presence, Webex
Technologies will include: VOIP, Video, Unified Messaging, Data centre architectures as well as core IP Routing Switching. Experience of Management technologies will also be desirable.
