Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for all aspects around the company's Cisco telephony platform. This includes but not limited to:
Developing new UCCE/UCCX scripts/applications and maintaining Legacy applications.
Plan, design, and implement the migration from UCCX to UCCE.
This position reports to the Director of Network Services.
Provide 24x7 on-call support.

Job Knowledge and Expertise
Expert at UCCE Scripting. This is the most important skill for the position.
Cisco UCCX and UCCE
CTI (screen pops)
Advanced knowledge of Call Center environment is essential.
Expert knowledge using Microsoft Excel required; Access (relational database structures), Word and PowerPoint are preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills required. Must be a self-starter and able to work in a team environment
Solid understanding of Cisco database schema.
Expert at using Microsoft Visio.
Device Implementation and administration
5+ years experience
5+ years process development, support and implementation of systems architect
CCIE is a plus

Minimum Education & Experience
Minimum (5) years professional experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Track record writing scripts for UCCE for systems with a minimum of 1000 endpoints.
