ICT Operations UC Consultant with Cisco IPTel expertise
As ICT Service Delivery Consultant, based on your CISCO IP Tel expertise, you design, implement, and operate 24/7 tailor-made and standardized ICT solutions, and ensure service management, technical consultancy and effective pre and after sales support in order to maximize margin, and meet expectations of external professional and wholesale customers in accordance with SLAs and/or contract.
This includes the specific following tasks and responsibilities:
You validate proposed solution in pre-sales phase
You design service delivery for ICT solutions
You implement, operate and maintain ICT solutions
You ensure the Service Management
You provide technical advice towards customers and colleagues in order to effectively inform them, and recommend the appropriate technical solution.
You develop, maintain and share technical expertise and customer specific information
You define, control and optimize the margin and take corrective actions when needed
You integrate a team working in a guard duty system (max 1 week on 4).
Your Profile:
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience and expertise in:
Session Border Controller knowledge (Cube)
IP Telephony/Unified Communications on CISCO projects
Callcenter knowledge (IPCC/UccX)
Cisco products suite: Call Manager, Unity, IPCC, etc.
Cisco Eco systems (Rightfax, PeterConnects, Kurmi, Kirk)
LAN - WAN - VoIP and enterprise telecommunications architecture
VoIP protocols (SIP, MGCP, H323, T30/T38, SMTP, imap4/POP3, etc.)
Windows, Unix and/or Linux operating systems at an administrator level
Applications & systems: Microsoft Exchange, SQL, AD, LCS, Lotus Notes, etc.
VMWare knowledge
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English (oral and written)
You take initiative and systematically drive for results
You are able to meet and exceed customers expectations
You are able to inform efficiently and liaise actively at all levels with your customers/colleagues
You are able to manage resources efficiently (people, time, budget, tasks, virtual teams)
