Cisco Telephony Engineer (Brussels)

Je functie: Context
For our Wintel and networking component we are looking for a Cisco telephony engineer.
As member of a 3-headed team, your role has following responsibilities:
° The maintenance and the evolution of our Cisco telephone system.
° Level 3 problem solving
° Coordination with external service providers for maintenance and support
° Guard the security of our platform is at level
° Inform CTO of possible issues and weaknesses in the systems, both on technical and security level
You'll work in a small team with very competent colleagues who'll support you in your tasks.

Duration 12 months (can be extended)

Location
Brussels (near central station)

Travel
Possibly some travel to Paris
Je profiel: Required knowledge / Experience

Education
Cisco telephony - or equivalent by experience

Languages Requirement
Fluent in Dutch or French, with knowledge of the other language
Good level in English.

Experience
2 - 3 years in a similar function

Technical Experience
Mandatory
Knowledge of Cisco telephony systems
Basic knowledge SQL

Preferable
Affinity with monitoring tools, virtualization and networking
