Cisco Networking & Telephony Specialist Wanted (92633)

We are currently searching for a Cisco Networking & Telephony Specialist to work in Rotterdam, The Netherlands for at least 9 months plus extensions. This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a large multi-national client.

Responsibilities:

- Design and manage Active Directory 2008
- Administrator Cisco UCM, UCCx and Unity Voicemail
- Design and manage Backup Solutions and off-site storage
- Design and manage VMWare environments
- Work with Symantec Endpoint software
- Creating procedure and supportive documentation

The ideal candidate must have the following skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Science/Information Technology, Engineering Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- At least 8 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Solid knowledge of Cisco networking and Cisco Telephony is a must
- Experience with call manager
- Solid knowledge of VMware, Windows Server 2008, Exchange 2010 and Active Directory
- Solid knowledge of supporting datacenters
- Strong understanding of DNS & NFS, SMTP, HTTP and TCP/IP
- Knowledge of routing, switching, SSL VPN, LAN, WAN, network security, encryption and authentication technologies
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Strong presentation skills and good interpersonal communications skills
- Previous experience working independently
- Positive attitude.
