CISCO NETWORK SUPPORT ENGINEER (CCIE CCNP CCNA TAC CONFIGURATION NOKIA TROUBLESHOOT SPANISH FTS SERVICES NOS TOPOLOGY)
- CCIE Routing and Switching certification.
- Spanish Level C1 or equivalent (fluent Spanish)
- Opening and monitor cases in the TAC.
- Provision of all information about the topology, configurations, support teams scaling Cisco, such as TAC (Technical Assistance Center), Bus (Business Unit) Developers (Developers), Engineers FTS (Focused Technical Support Engineers), Engineers NOS (Network Optimization Support Engineers),
- Monitoring DDTS IOS (Internet Working Operation System Distributed Defect Tracking System)
- Provide recommendations for Hardware, Software and Configurations for Cisco equipment under the supervision of FTS services and NOS
- Assistance to incidents of high and medium priority escalations to CISCO within working hours
