My client is searching for a network Support Engineer. The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following roles and have the required skill set.
Key skills
- Cisco catalyst Switches (6500)
- Cisco Routers
- Experience with 3rd Level Support
- Network Support and Implementation
- Cisco CCNP/CCNA certification in routing and switching are all of interest.
- 4+ years experience with support and implementation of LAN and WAN networks.
- Willing to travel
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience of taking ownership of corporate networks
- Versed in providing excellent customer support
- Client facing persona
- Providing 3rd level support for multiple customer networks
- Hands on implementation of complex network designs
- Liaising with management and providing advanced troubleshooting service
- Fluent English speaking
