OVERVIEW:

3-5 years of related technical experience with the following:

- Knowledge and experience on Cisco routing/switching
- Knowledge and experience on Cisco ASA/Checkpoint Firewall
- Administering/supporting LAN/WAN environments.
- Experience in NOC, network help desk, or relevant customer service skills
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 and Active Directory
- In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and SQL Server
- In-depth working knowledge of VMware VSphere 4.0 and above
- In-depth working knowledge of DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP
- In-depth working knowledge of backup procedures
- Management of networks supporting SIP-based telephony products (Audiocodes, Cisco Call Manager)

Education:

- AS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent technical experience/training
- MCSE, CCNP preferred
