Position: CISCO ICM Consultant
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Duration: 3-6 months+
SKILLS:
- Detailed technical knowledge of the CISCO ICM environment including CVP, to include good experience of solution design and system configuration.
- Detailed technical knowledge of AVAYA VOICE PORTAL and ACD, REALSOFT UCTI, ACME SESSION BORDER CONTROLLERS, CISCO VOICE GATEWAYS, CISCO GATEKEEPER AND TOLL BYPASS.
- Ability to undertake all aspects of design, configuration and implementation guidance associated with business projects that include ICM routing/CTI toolbar integrated in an AVAYA IVR AND ACD ENVIRONMENT.
- Detailed knowledge of QOS AND VOICE OVER IP (GATEWAYS & GATEKEEPERS)
