Cisco Call Manager Specialist

Our client is seeking an experienced Cisco Call Manager Specialist to join their team.

This is a 6 month contract, based in the CBD.

This position will see you responsible for the design and implementation of Cisco Call Manager. You will also be responsible for managing this project end to end as well as providing training around CallManager to the other internal engineers.

To be considered for this position, you will need to have experience:

- With Cisco voice - from design through to implementation (at least 5 years+ experience)
- Managing voice related projects end to end
- Mentoring, coaching and training other IT engineers

You will also need to have strong business acumen and the ability to liaise with both the business and IT. Strong stakeholder management skills together with excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) a must.
