Circuit Provisioning Tech Lead

A Circuit Provisioning Tech Lead is required to act as the technical lead across the team providing technical support, direction and guidance to all members of the team as required by your manager, thereby contributing to the overall delivery of the team's objectives. The aim of this role to lead in their specified area and all customer projects ongoing in this area, this will entail helping the manager priorities of work, SLA's and measure progress. The project lead is the key point of contact for all circuit provisioning work taking place in their area. This role we will expect to represent (or ensure suitable representation) Transmission Planning (inc Cct Prov) on forums and meeting regarding programs and projects taking place in their area.

This post can be carried out the clients office in Guildford, Hemel Hempstead or Coventry.

Experience:
* Technical knowledge of transmission technologies
* Attend Customer facing meeting as required to report progress of circuit provisioning in their area.
* Communication risks, issues, achievements, progress in their area on regular basis to both CPT manager and the wider team.
* Regular communication with their manager.
* Ensure the regional manager has clear view of progress and achievement.
* Ensure all project relate meetings have suitable level of representation.
* Work with project managers and the regional management in the area of time reporting and project codes.
* Support national CPT Manager in with their responsibilities on project delivery.
* Ensure the people managers are made aware of outstanding performance from any of their team members on the project work.
* Ensure that the tool requirements created by new tech/projects are identified and communicated.

Then as development work progresses ensure the charges are captured in working level instructions and that UAT resource level are identified to management.
