Requirements:
Knowledge of design and engineering of telecommunication network circuits (DS0 through SONET). Knowledge of circuit provisioning. Strong communication skills with customer's, sales and implementation management. IP/Frame Relay network design. Understand LOA/CFA and knowledge of secondary connecting or customer facilities assignments. Line-Item cost analysis - compare current network costs with market rate studies and leverage lower cost vendors for cost savings.
Minimum 3-5 years related experience. Understand network diversity. 3+ years Telecommunications experience. 3+ years in provisioning/design. Strong organization, control and follow up skills. Strong customer service and communication skills. Strong financial analysis skills.
