IDPP is actively recruiting for a Learning & Development Manager to join a Global Leading Client of ours either in the North West of England (Liverpool) or Surrey (Twickenham).

Our client is a Global company with stakeholders across Europe, India and the United Kingdom.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing professional skills and capability with their global employees across IT and Global Business Services functions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to expand on your existing delivery skills and continue to build on the LD team's strong presence within the Business. This is a rare opportunity to take a key and vital role in developing a scalable, global Learning Management System (LMS) which needs to keep pace with a business that is expanding dramatically both in terms of sheer numbers and into new areas of the world

ABOUT YOU:

Come from a strong Learning & development background

Development and Management of professional skills/curriculum for Global/Blue Chip Organisations

Proven experience working with virtual and global teams and dealing with multiple individuals/groups taking into consideration culture, capabilities etc.

Proven ability in building and implementing learning strategies (internal & external)

Successful track record creating and developing training programmes

Ability to work closely with business areas identifying performance challenges and develop training solutions where required to meet the business needs and expectations

Ability to identify continuous improvements
-

Must be comfortable managing and dealing with change within a fast paced environment

WHAT'S ON OFFER:

Type: Contract

Location: Liverpool or Surrey (Twickenham)

Rate: £270 per day

Duration: 6 months rolling (to perm position)
