My client is looking for a SENIOR CHANGE MANAGEMENT MANAGER RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Developing or guiding the development of creative and high quality change management and communications solutions within the company
- Managing, motivating and guiding a team
- Anticipating organizational changes that come with large-scale implementations
- working with stakeholders (virtually and face to face)
- Building a change management and communications approach and strategies and communication plans
- Change Management Strategies
- Stakeholder management
- Strategic HR Plan
THE PERSON:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to guide and train people
- Experience in change Management Plans (proven, examples)
- Experience in large change projects (global and international organisations)
- CIPD CERTIFICATION AND HR BACKGROUND (ESSENTIAL)
CONDITIONS:
6 MONTHS CONTRACT (ROLLING)
OPEN SALARY RATE (DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE)
LOCATION: LIVERPOOL, NORTH WEST OF ENGLAND AND EAST SUSSEX
