PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Manage Global relationships between quality and the SWD Asset Class Head/directs covering: Red day management, Problem management, service level management and quality health checks

Partnering with the Production Services Management teams to continually improve service availability and quality.

Partner with IT development to review project governance processes are being followed

Partner with the ITO/SWD teams, to ensure effective infrastructure capacity management is performed for asset class services

Partner with GBM IT Development and ITO infrastructure teams to identify opportunities to reduce infrastructure consumption through the virtualization/consolidation

Provide guidance on ITO technologies, roadmaps and ensure reliability, operability and recoverability in line with the ITO standards globally.

KEY ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Have a good understanding of Front/Back Office/Regulatory businesses

Able to translate business requirements needs into cost effective and resilient IT solutions globally

Experience operating in a Global IT team aligned to an Investment Bank

Operate Senior Manager Level, demonstrating a broad Infrastructure Knowledge

Candidates with experience and Top Tier Financial Institutions are viewed favourably. However, candidates with the above experience able to fill this position will also be considered.
