CHINESE SPEAKING ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
We are looking for Chinese speaking Administration Assistant
Duties - Coordinate the preparation of training events - find training rooms or on-line log-in arrangements, ensure all necessary equipment and catering arrangements are in place
Prepare delegate training documentation and other support materials (training manuals, note books, questionnaires, etc).
Send event notification and necessary supporting information to delegates and customer's training coordinators
Keep records and assist in the preparation of evaluation reports after each training event
Enter training records and other required information into management systems
Preparation and distribution to delegates of training completion certificates
Raising POs for partners and suppliers and managing invoice payment processing
Work with the LS Delivery Coordinator to look for opportunities to make improvements in own work area.
Any other support that may be required by the Training Manager or LS Delivery Coordinator
Good English and Chinese oral and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with a wide variety of people including external customers
Professional and positive approach
Self Motivated
PC literate
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook mail, Excel, Powerpoint
