Childrens Band 5 Community Nurse RSCN

Projektbeschreibung
This is a temporary post until March 2015. The service operates from 07:30-19:30, and the successful applicant will be required to work 5 days per week, covering 37.5hours per week.
To provide and be responsible for nursing care to children and young people with acute and chronic needs, ensuring a cohesive and co-ordinated service between hospitals and community. Facilitate early discharge and effective after care of children preventing admission or re-admission to hospital. To act as a specialist educational resource for the PCT and partnership organisations.
Mandatory requirements:
* A registered paediatric nurse qualification which is current and has operated within the community in a post qualified role
* NMC registration
