Children's Social Worker (QSW) Needed

A vacancy has become available for a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to work in a front line Children's team in Huntingdon (Cambridgeshire). Candidates will need to have previous experience in a similar position dealing with initial reported issues and carrying out the necessary measures to resolve them. You will be required to provide a high quality and effective social work service to respond to the needs of the children and their families in a timely manner and within statutory guidelines. To assess need, plan and deliver focused intervention to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes.

This position is based in North Cambridgeshire and will last for 3 months with the review of it being extended.

We are looking for someone that is well organised, has good time management skills and can start immediately.
