Children's Service Advisor - Unique/Exciting Contract - London

A large public sector organisation is looking for an experienced Children's Service Advisor to drive this high-impact programme forward until the end of August. A part of your role will involve developing a comprehensive understanding of local needs to both assist local authorities with change programmes, and to provide feedback regionally and nationally on policy implementation.

You will need to have demonstrated post qualifying social work experience at statutory level and have experience of supporting/investigating allegations of child abuse in multi-agency environment.

You will also need to have an understanding of joint working between police and social workers in child abuse investigation cases. Due to the high-profile nature of this Government contract, you will need to already have Security Clearance.
