There are various positions for social care professionals to join a team in the sought after location of the Hampshire coast, this local authority has recently put in place the new reclaiming social care model which is designed to provide you with less caseloads making them easier to manage and given you more time to spend in direct contact with children and their families, along with this outstanding location offers a great work/life balance!. Your main responsibilities will be holding/attending strategy meetings, conducting assessments, court work and section 47's. Knowledge of complex caseloads will also be helpful.
Previous experience within child protection and court work is ideal! Hourly rates are 24-28 negotiable.
